General Inquiries can be directed through the Parking Authority's main switchboard at (416) 393-7275 during normal business hours. Your inquiry will be directed to the appropriate person by the switchboard operator.
Customer Service
To report a specific customer service matter such as equipment malfunctions or other parking incidents please contact the customer service department directly at (416) 393-7275. If reporting a non-functioning meter or machine, please have the meter or machine number available (see card inside meter or machine for number).
Monthly Permits
The Authority provides monthly parking at many of its off-street facilities. Please contact the monthly permit department directly at (416) 393-7348 during normal business hours for rates and availability.
Employment
The Authority offers both full time and student employment. To apply for a position, please visit the authorities head office location at 33 Queen Street East, Toronto, during normal business hours and complete an application.
